Our estimated delivery windows are as follows:

USA, UK, Canada, Australia & Europe: 5–15 business days
All Other Countries: 5–21 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 72 hours.
During high-demand periods or when additional quality checks are required, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We always select the fastest available shipping method based on your destination.

Import Duties & Customs Fees

Import duties and taxes are not included in your order total, except for EU customers, where applicable charges are handled accordingly.

Delays in Transit

Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Parcels

Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed.

Norsetto is not responsible for parcels returned due to:
