Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, processing begins shortly after purchase.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at hello@norsetto.com within 2 hours of purchase.
This includes changes to:

  • Shipping address

  • Order details

Requests made after the 2-hour window cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in processing or transit.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All tags and protective materials must be intact

To initiate a return, email hello@norsetto.com.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Requirements

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • A valid return tracking number must be provided

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable)

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

Failure to meet these requirements may result in a partial or denied refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@norsetto.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Request a return for the original order

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

This ensures the fastest processing time.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Warranty Coverage

Norsetto provides a 1-year limited warranty on all watches, covering manufacturer defects only.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Water damage

  • Battery replacement

  • Accidental damage (scratches, broken glass, strap damage)

  • Loss or theft

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
